As such, our company has met the high standards of accountability in the areas of finance, construction and customer satisfaction. Any new home construction that you purchase from us is backed by warranty insurance protection that meets or exceeds the requirements of the New Home Buyer Protection Act.

Single family warranty coverage

1Year Material & Labour warranty

Covers against defects in workmanship & materials that appear after you move into your new home.

2 YEArs mechanical systems warranty

Warranties the crucial mechanical systems of the home. This coverage extends to any defect in materials and labour supplied for the gas, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery systems.

5 year building envelope warranty

Protects against many elements to the building envelope, such as water penetration and another hazards that threaten the comfort and beauty of your new home.

10 year structural defect warranty

The total policy limit is the lesser of the cost of the home excluding land or $265,000.

As an MSL Projects and Design Inc. customer, you will receive the highest level of consumer protection! You will be covered for the the cost of your home excluding land up to a total of $265,000 which is the total aggregate coverage for any single family home under the current legislation.

Additional Living Expense coverage up to $15,000

Progressive Home warranty will ensure you have a place to live if you have to move out of your home due to a structural defect. You will be eligible for $150 per day to a maximum of $15,000.
